I applied at Signzy through LinkedIn and a few weeks later was contacted by the company for further rounds.
- The first round was a project/assignment round was given to build a web-based smart TV interface and was given a day to build it using any technology i want and meet certain requirements.
- After submitting the assignment 2-3 days later i was contacted again for first technical interview. The interview was about 30 minutes and after the introduction i was asked questions on javascript (such as event loop, event delegation etc.) and databases (ACID vs BASE), answered most of the questions but didn't have idea about 2-3 questions. This was the toughest round of all the rounds.
- The next round was the following day where they checked my coding structure and style of the assignment i made and questions regarding why i choose the particular technology for making the assignment etc.
- The next round was with the project manager and was regarding my skills and ambitions (typical PM round questions).
- The next round was with the CTO and was causal. I was asked some questions (other than the job profile) and i was allowed to read about them online and explain it to him. After these we discussed about my past experiences and why i wanted to leave my previous organization?
- The last round was with the CEO of the company and it was just causal talk about the company culture and regarding my feedback of what i liked or disliked about the hiring procedure and the company products they are working on.
After the entire process which only lasted about 4 days i was handed out the job offer the following week and i accepted it.
