3 rounds, HR, hiring manager, COO, all were extremely nice, outgoing, and asked good questions, the office was great and all the employees in office were very nice.
The interview was fairly brief, and very standard.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How do you sell a product or platform while first initiating an ongoing relationship?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Signpost in Jul 2025
Interview
The individual I interviewed with informed me that their recruiter had recently left the company and that they were one of the leaders I would've met with in the second round of interviews, so I can't guarantee my experience is representative of all calls, but I had a very pleasant conversation which felt very natural and comfortable. We discussed the needs this role was seeking to address and how I would approach them based on my experience. Ultimately, they said that I was a better fit for a different position they were also planning to hire in the next 30 days. Unfortunately after a couple weeks of silence I was informed that the secondary position would no longer be opening. While this was certainly not my ideal conclusion, I do feel the interview was a positive experience and I appreciate getting a personal response from the interviewer rather than an automated email rejection. I would definitely be open to discussing further positions with Signpost should they become available based on these interactions.
