There was a telephonic round with a recruiter from the consultancy post which I was scheduled for a face to face round with the HR Head. The interview was mostly around my previous experience and whether I'd be loyal to the organisation or not. I had to take a PI Test prior to the interview. I was communicated by the recruiter that I have been shortlisted and would be scheduled with the Global HR Head shortly which never happened. Not communicating the selection/rejection/position going on hold to a candidate who took leave to attend the face to face round was unprofessional as per my opinion.
