I got started interviewing elsewhere, and then a role opened up that was a great fit. Awesome! I applied and my recruiter, Cassandra, is the absolute best ever. I got a verbal offer the day of my initial phone screen. Cassandra was easy to speak to, set expectations, explained the role, company and culture well and understood my urgency. She set out next steps and worked with me to see if it would be possible to have a decision before my offer expired, which is really fantastic. She is absolutely wonderful to work with and world-class. The next step is a hiring manager call and then an in person interview, but I didn't make it to the in-person as I didn't have people management experience.
