The recruiting team at Signifyd is stellar and provided an amazing candidate experience from start to finish! Entire interview process consisted of: Recruiter phone screen, Hiring Manager phone screen, take-home design challenge, interview panel with four 1:1 interviews + a brief portfolio presentation and whiteboard exercise. I had a competing offer at the time of my first screen, and my recruiter (Dylan), really hustled to condense the entire interview process for me. He also set very clear and honest expectations from the beginning so I would know what to expect. The recruiting coordinator (Ashleigh) was also very organized, helpful, and friendly in setting up my on-site interview. They are a very efficient, well-resourced, and cheerful team that went above and beyond to accommodate my circumstances and requests. Overall, I think Signifyd’s recruiting team is doing a wonderful job acting as a candidate’s first line of interaction with the company.
