I felt that the interviewer who was supposedly senior was not professional. Instead of understanding why I wanted the role he was passing comments that were insulting based on my previous experience. example - "Are you here because you did not get a job elsewhere? Tomorrow if you like a different role will you go behind some other role?" This is before finding out anything about my previous employment. I worked in a company for 4 years continuosly. I felt like leaving in the middle of the interview. SO called being open he was not being respectful to the candidates. He could have conveyed his feedback in a professional manner instead of making insulting comments. And I cant believe a senior HR officer does not know how to deal with people professionally. Right from the beginning the interview was held with an attitude of looking down on candidates. I had ONLY ONE QUESTION relevant to the role.
