very easy process, assessment, then phone interview then they call you to meet the manager for interview. they ask very simple behavioral questions and past job experience and how it relates to the position

Interview is straight forward and simple questions about general knowledge in aviation. 1 quick phone interview and another in person interview. Generally emphasizes safety and procedures and offer scenarios in which they ask questions.

Simple interview. Walked in and met with the FBO manager. Talked about my past experience from the previous FBO I worked at and finished with talking about the basic interview questions. You will know by the end of the interview if you have the job or not.
