I applied online. I interviewed at Signal Hill Capital Group (New York, NY) in Feb 2018

Interview

1st round was telephonic interview with 2 Directors. Asked Q.s related to fit, motivation & asked a couple of companies to pitch to them. It went extremely well. The 2nd round was supposed to be a case study but it never happened. The geniuses realized I didn't have IB experience (as if it wasn't clear from my CV in the first place)

They recruited on campus. 2 on 1 interview for thirty minutes as the first round. Pretty technical from the beginning. Nice guys, really liked what they did. Not a very hard technical interview if you understand the basics. Received superday for two weeks later.

Interview

Many rounds of interviews. Interviews were slightly difficult in technicality and the expected behavioral. Definitely disorganized in terms of office placement and what constitutes final rounds.
