I was contacted by the talent acquisition manager on a Wednesday. I was told that I was going to get an interview the following week but the date would be relayed to me by Friday. Anyway, I never received an email, phone call, etc. On Monday, out of curiosity, I shot the talent manager an email and received a call shortly after asking if Monday was still a good day. Obviously, I said yes to prevent a bad first impression. Once I got there, it was a series of 1:1 interviews; first with a Project manager, then a Project Engineer, next the VP, and at the end was with the CEO. The questions were normal, I suppose, as it was my first professional interview.
