I applied online. I interviewed at SigmaGraft (Fullerton, CA) in Dec 2025
Interview
I applied and received an in person interview request right away. That's where the positives end. They repeatedly misspelled my name when it's clearly written in the email and of the 3 interviewers only one could speak English. Bizarre and awkward, like why even be present if you're not going to try to get to know me.
I'm sure they're nice people, but I wouldn't bother with this place unless you're okay with significant language barrier. I am okay with language barrier, but this is a bit much. On top of that, they ghosted me so don't waste your time.
pretty easy-going interview with standard sales, questions of background and hypotheticals mainly what kind of quotas deadline numbers you previously hit it what industry and how comfortable you are selling their product and what you may know about it
