"If you are ok with an interrogation style interview right out the gate this is the place for you. They do not seem to care about building any mutual interest with the people they interview...meaning they expected you to be in love with SightCall based on the JD, website, and perception of their product before even meeting. Top talent expects a two-way conversation, not a hostile cross-examination. Interviews are a preview of the company culture, and this process made it clear that management views employees as commodities rather than peers. I was out before I was in.

Overall, the experience was thorough but very approachable, and everyone made me feel at ease throughout.

The interview process was quite standard and structured. I was asked to walk through my previous experience, particularly how it relates to the Customer Success Manager role. They asked about the most important KPIs I focus on in my current role and how I measure success. In addition to the discussion, I was also asked to present a case study to demonstrate my understanding of their business and how I would approach common challenges in the role.
Everyone I interacted with during the interview process was genuinely kind and welcoming. From start to finish, the atmosphere was relaxed and professional, which really put me at ease. It made the whole experience feel more like a conversation than a high-pressure interview.
