Interview

Interview
Screening call, followed by interview, then there a take home assignment. I would have assumed there would have been another stage after this but the trail went cold.
I was accepted after the assignment but we couldn't find a date between us and then they simply didn't get back to me and I accepted another offer.

Interviewed with one of the Co-Founders, the Culinary Director, and COO. Very thoughtful questions. Interview felt pretty natural, no on-the-spot situational questions. I felt at ease.
Had a follow-up with the head of HR for my final interview. That was a less enjoyable experience. Felt like she was rambling off a list of questions with no flow. And just taking notes verbatim on what I was saying. I felt very uncertain after getting off the phone with her.
