Other Agent Strategist interview reviews for Sierra
I applied online. I interviewed at Sierra (Sydney) in May 2026
Interview
Interview Process is very well explained. They are currently expanding from San Fransisco to other parts of the world. Their closest office is Singapore and they will be sending through a landing team in Syd to keep the culture consistent.
Round 1: HR Screen:
Behavioural, I had an HR exec who had a 30 min intro call from Singapore.
Asked about my background and proceeded to ask about how i can solved a challenge at work. Spoke about Sierra and their product. Asked me about expected renumeration and about 5 days in office in Sydney
Agent Strategist Round:
Behavioural
Discussed more about background. Asked me about a time I had solved a technology challenge, what all i needed to consider, asked me about a time I had to manage difficult stakeholders.
Interview seemed to go pretty well but got a rejection email on the from the HR(in 1 business day) and did not bother to provide feedback which was very disappointing since it went super well I thought.
Round 3(apparently- never made it so might be slightly inaccurate) was agent demonstration where you build a presentation or an agent in front of a team.
I also noticed NO ONE from the firm would accept your linkedin request(London, SF, New York, Singapore or Atlanta) and the kind of the members they hired were from Consulting(MBB or Big 4+Product).
Sounds like a great opportunity but members don't look super helpful or willing to support with feedback
