Interviewers were of very positive attitude. Good conversation lead to realistic interview.
There were 3 rounds of interviews taken by different levels of interviewers. 1st round was a technical round which was taken by a team member where the open position was requested for. 2nd round was a managerial round which was interviewed by a senior management and the final round was HR interview.
Best part was that i initially got an offer for a lower grade employee but after a week Siemens assessed their employees roles and designations as part of normalisation and they gave me another offer letter for a higher grade.
