Interview
The Process from application to decision was almost 4 months.
initial zoom interview, followed by a face-to-face technical interview.
Technical interview was 2 hours and included a presentation. Questions were mainly based around the presentation subject. overall interview process was good.
The second interview was booked within a week of finding out I was successful after the first stage.
It took 6 weeks for a decision to be made after the technical interview. With little correspondence in between. It was later disclosed they were interviewing people up to 5 weeks after mine. So a really negative experience in that sense.

Interview
The interview process was quite nice, but slow. I spent 5 months in interviews with HH, HR business partner, hiring manager and german manager and HR. All the people I talked to during the interview process were very kind and respectfull.

They asked me to talk about myself and my experience and when the interview went to the international level the HR guy asked me to give a lot of examples about people management, conflict management, things that were good and things that was not good.
