First round: 30-minute behavioral interview, a few technical questions. Fairly easy and laid back. Second Round: Super Day format, takes place all day. 2 interviews with more difficult technical questions. Lots of Q&A and events with current FLDPs. Harder questions, but still fairly easy.

Question 1
Q: What is the function of a cash flow statement? Q: How would you optimize a warehouse? Q: Tell me about a time you didn't meet your goals
Honestly pretty chill. They really were looking for culture and to see how you think. I was asked about details of a budget and had a lot of "tell me about a time..." questions.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to work with a team in a project
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Siemens (Alpharetta, GA) in Oct 2024
Interview
Great process, started with on campus career fair, then was a first round interview the next day. Very straight forward interview with tell me about a time questions and one technical questions which was about the three statements. Was then called a few weeks later to come on-site for a super day which was 3 interviews and a case study. Great people and very well planned. Was called a week later with offer!

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Siemens
Interview
Very smooth with Zoom interviews. Went from interviewing with current participants to a senior analyst to general managers to a regional CFO. Asked a mix of behavioral and technical questions. Took around a week in between sessions to get back to you.
