I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Siemens (Vejle) in Jan 2017
Interview
I was interviewed by 2 persons each of them, head of a different department. We had a nice talk however they did not seem to be really interested in my actual skills in design and optimisation through working experience in combination with studies, they wanted someone who had the best grades in MSc or a good thesis. Just to mention, it was my second experience till now from an interview at siemens (both of them in different sector) and I still left with a negative opinion about the company and the employees, I do not think I will apply again for a job at siemens. I know I deserve better than that.

Why you applied for Siemens.
The interview process was smooth and well organized. HR first contacted me for a screening call to confirm my background and expectations. After that, I had an interview with the hiring manager and team members. They clearly explained the job scope, responsibilities, and project involvement. The role mainly focuses on design tasks, coordination with internal teams, and supporting project execution. Overall, the atmosphere was professional and friendly.
