I was referred by an acquaintance and quickly did a round of 4 interviews with the head of department, and people in other departments that I will get to work with. Within a few days the whole process was over and I was onboarded as a contractor. After 6 months I became a FTE.

It was a one hour interview with a power point presentation on current healthcare challenges. And presentation was for 5 minutes and rest of the time was for Question and Answers and motivations and background.
