This was a pretty lenient process. They were looking for 2 electrical engineers to fill up the position. So, on the career fair itself, the recruiter just screen through the resumes, and gave a call to those selected. There is only one interview a day after the career fair.

whole process took about 2 weeks 1 phone interview with the hiring manager + 1 video interview with 2 engineers in the team neither of them was a coding interview, we simply talked about past projects, tech stack and working environment
