Went through 2 interviews and the Manager in the second interview basically just wasted my time and told me I was "too junior" for the position and they would not be moving on. I answered questions well, and there were no required certifications, but I was turned down because I didn't have certain certifications. What was the point of even moving on with the interview if they could clearly see on my resume that I didn't have those certifications? Interviewers were wearing T shirts and went about interviews unprofessionally.
