The hiring manager, reached out to me directly- no HR/ recruiter at all involved- to schedule the meeting directly. We met the same week and talked through the new role and what all it would entail. He described next steps and then it was a pretty standard ghosting that all enterprise companies are known for these days. I followed up twice and nothing.
