Honestidade e transparência são os pontos mais fortes que destaco na conversa, todavia, apenas senti falta de mais benefícios para os funcionários.
De maneira geral o ambiente parece ser bastante acolhedor e com excelentes oportunidades de crescimento dentro da empresa o que torna a empresa uma boa opção de lugar para trabalhar.

I brought there my cv and the manager interviewed me the same day. After few days I had a trial shift and then another one the day after. One week later I had the job.
