Interview
Laid back. No special attire required (the atmosphere of the place is casual upscale, so anything resembling a suit is somewhat antithetical to the idea of the place). Questions were straightforward, usually just wanting some sort of experience or background in a restaurant environment.

Question 1
For my interview, it was just if I had food ran before, but the questions for other roles were more specific as I moved up and witnessed other hires tangent to mine. For example, as a bartender you will be quizzed on de facto popular cocktails that everyone should know. Big three, martini, margarita, cosmo, the kind of stuff that doesn't necessarily appear on our drink menu but you should know for the rest of your career.
