First given an online exam, then talked to an HR rep to discuss previous experiences and soft skills. The online exam involved classifying few game errors. The process only requires intuition

Met with HR, then second interview with lead. asked pretty basic stuff, also have to do test depending on LQA or FQA (test can be difficult depending on language applying for)
