Un premier contact RH au téléphone, puis 3 entretiens "physiques" :
- un Business Case avec un senior consultant confirmé (5 à 7 ans d'exp)
- un entretien fit / motivation avec un senior manager
- un entretien fit avec un associé

"Qu'est ce qui vous pousse à croire que vous ferez ici quelque chose de différent que dans votre cabinet actuel ?"
Rejet après entretien RH sans explication sensée, suivent 2 entretiens business case sur Miro et senior manager fit (attention au vocabulaire, à la posture et à la motivation qui sont évalués)
