I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SiXworks in May 2025
Interview
The interview process was pretty standard in regards to the format, which goes like this; Recruiter callback and screening, then a competency-based interview with a dive into any skills and knowledge, followed by a technical interview. Once complete you will either be invited to a small call with the CEO or head of (specialised area, my case information security) as a more look at your cultural fit.

Question 1
Can you explain what IDS and IPS and the differences.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at SiXworks in Aug 2025
Interview
A refreshingly straightforward interview process of two stages. First stage was with a manager and senior team member both from the team I would be joining if successful. We covered general software team topics from technical questions to soft skills, giving ample time for me to ask questions in return.
The second stage was with a more senior member of staff, who the manager from the first round reported to. This was another conversation, around an hour. The topics were mainly focused around my CV and why I wanted to join SiXworks. Again there was ample time for me to ask questions.
Both stages demonstrated how the staff at SiXworks really care about who they hire and gives me high confidence that I'm joining an excellent company.
