SiVEST usually holds small, online interviews, and usually more than one round of interviews is held. They have a mix of technical and personal questions and in some cases do some kind of psychometric testing.

They asked for an example of conflict and the how it was resolved.

I had to submit my CV via email. Thereafter an email was sent to me to set up in person interview. The interview did not take longer than 30 minutes. They then said they would get back to me about after a week with feedback.

Interview
The interview was an hour long. It was very relaxed and they made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. There were three interviewers, one was face to face and the other two attended virtually.
