Had an online Dialpad screen, then went in for 2 hour job shadowing, where it was almost totally WordPress site changes, did urine drug test on site (Owner using mail in kit). Owner specified that this was to be a full time on site job due to issues in the past with remote workers. Got to what was supposed to be my first day but in the final document at the very end the legal document specifies that if you leave in the 4 month internship period you are "required to reimburse the company for training expenses", which was not mentioned anywhere in the job listing or in any previous talks at all. Upon further questioning, the owner specified that it would be a 2000$ flat rate that would have to be payed regardless of the amount of time that you work or amount that you are payed and that it also applies if you are fired or just aren't a good fit.
