I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Shorelight Education (Washington, DC) in Oct 2017
Interview
Had three interviews, first one with an internal recruiter via phone, second with the director of student services (who would have presumably been my manager) also via phone, and then finally in person with the other student service advisors. I thought all was going very well (hence why they kept giving me more interviews?) but then was suddenly informed that they were "going with other candidates".
They all seemed very friendly initially but I have reached out thanking them for their time and asking if they could give me any feedback on how I could have improved my candidacy for this or similar positions and they have not cared to answer. Disappointing. Let's remember to be human. Be kind to one another in every situation/circumstance. There's always time to be human.

Interview
They invited me for an interview and requested for my schedule to arrange for an interview time. I replied within a day of that email but did not receive a response. I sent a follow up email after a week but still did not hear from after weeks. I think it is very rude of them to not follow up on an invitation they sent. It is a basic professional gesture to let their applicants (those who got into the interview stage) know the status of the job.

Interview
In July 2019 I was was contacted for an interview and within a week the interview took place. The Talent Acquisition Specialist then went on vacation and I never heard back from her until October 2019. The interview (phone screening) went well and the recruiter told me that I would be going on to the second round. If you're lucky to get a job here, that's amazing. In my opinion, they get an A+ in not knowing how to respond to emails or phone calls. They also get an A+ in drawing out the interview process..

Interview
I was contacted to set up a phone interview shortly after I applied. The phone interview was fine. The interviewer was kind, none of the questions were too difficult, and it seemed like she mostly just wanted to get to know me. I thought the interview went really well and she told me that I should expect to hear something within a few weeks, be it positive or negative. I never heard back from them, so after about three weeks I replied to the email that I had received about the phone interview. They do not provide any other contact information or way to follow up and this email address seemed like an automatic one that no one would ever read. Either way, I never heard anything back from them.
