First Step is a phone interview with the HR Recruiter. Step two is a phone interview with the hiring Sales Director. Step three is a phone interview with the VP of Sales. Assuming you successfully make through these inerviews, you will be given a business case to review and develop a solution for using ShoreTel product and services. You will then be flown to the ShoreTel HQ in Sunnyvale, CA. and asked to participate in a role play where you will present your recommendations to the CEO, COO and CIO of this ficticious company. This process is intense and requires a fair amount of preparation.
