After submitting the application they sent:
- Criteria Corp assessment (Dumb IQ test)
- Coderpad assessment (Leetcode style interview)
Then a technical pair programming interview where you are the driver and finally a "life story" interview. Unfortunately, the final stage interview was a snobby French Canadian who was saying stuff like "Ohhh our Montreal office is small so i'm just gonna put you in for Toronto and Ottawa locations.." like okay?
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. Can you share the most pivotal moment in your career journey so far?
2. What motivated you to pursue Computer Engineering, and how did you know it was the right choice for you?
3. Can you tell me about a major challenge you faced during your education or early career, and how you overcame it?
4. How have your academic and professional experiences shaped your leadership style?
When you apply, you apply with your resume (and optional referall). After a couple days if your resume passes, then you get the link to the OA. After the OA (if you pass), then you get invited to technical interview. If you pass technical interview, then you get invited to life story interview.
I completed the Online Assessment (OA) which consisted of three LeetCode-style questions. I was able to use my preferred languages, Ruby and C++. I successfully solved two out of the three problems, but unfortunately, it wasn't enough to move on to the next round.
