Interview
You come to the main office and then you sign in for the name of the person who invited you for an interview. After that you proceed to the interview room and chat with the interview. Room is equipped with a camera so everything going on in the interview is being recorded.
That’s a great observation. Almost all of our meeting rooms are equipped with webcams. We would need to have your consent in order to record the interview. The webcams are used to connect with teams in other offices and our remote staff. We also use this setup for team presentations.

After CV screening, its OA with a CCAT test that is 40 questions 20 minutes and a coderpad with 3 questions solved with C++, preferred language and ruby. Medium level LeetCode problems
Three rounds, first a interview with a team member, then a technical interview with an engineer, and finally the life story interview with a recruiter. However, there was a lengthy application process before being offered an interview.
Had a few calls to meet people, was fairly smooth. Met several key people from the company during the process. They wanted to get a feel of my technical skills but also communication skills.
