They found me at Github/Linkedin, called me to start the process.
First there was a very nice Skype call, they told me there was few steps, a Technical call with some developer and then I would have to go to Toronto to interview face to face, meet the team.
Few MONTHS later they emailed me again to arrange the technical call, the interviewer looked very very tired, but it went well, even that he didn't asked me anything relevant, it seems he was trying to show off he's skills instead of asking me stuff.
Again several week without any contact, then they've sent me a code challenge, that was not in the original interviewing process, yet I was ok because it was very very easy, an URL Shortener.
I've finished the code in less than a week, sent it and then got 1 month without answer. After 1 month I've emailed the recruiter, he told me that they had hired other developer.
So basically they look like a very nice company, like a huge startup, with hackdays, nice videos at their youtube channel, cool stuff everyday, but in reality they're even worst then other companies, because they promise something they're not.
Anyway, it was one of the worst interviewing processes I've ever joined.
