Shopee Senior Analyst - Business Development interview questions

Took weeks/months before I got an email regarding my application. After passing the general exam which comprises of English and Excel exam, I was again given a practical Excel exam which was done via Skype (screen sharing). After I passed all the exams, I had three interviews — HR, Hiring Managers, Team Head. The HR threw me general questions (previous employment, etc.) which lasted for less than 30 mins. The interview with the hiring managers and the team head took longer as they asked me a lot (YES, A LOT!!!) of general and situational questions. These interviews lasted for about an hour and half an hour, respectively. After a week or so, I got a job offer. Hiring and interview process approximately took more than a month. I believe this also depends on the candidate’s availability.
