Etapas presenciais no início. Gostei muito do processo, sempre todos muito solicitos. A primeira entrevista/dinâmica foi presencial, o que pode acabar sendo um problema para quem não é da região, mas foi uma experiência muito boa comparada a outras esperiencias de processo seletivo.

Interview
It was interesting yet challenging, overall it was a great experience for me. Too bad that I did not manage to pass the interview even though I really did my best during the interview.
