Unprofessional. During the first stage of the interview, the interviewer was late but had no means of contacting me directly, I was left waiting in the meeting room for 20 minutes before I reached out to the hiring manager. During the second stage (technical test), the hiring manager did not give me instructions on how to access the interview, I found out later that it was sent to my email, the hiring manager refused to take accountability, I declined to take the extra time to complete the test.
