Interview
The first round was an assessment on reasonings they will provide you with example questions with the same level of difficulty. After that is HR interview, the interview will be conducted partially in Thai and partially in English. Kinda depends on the interviewer.

What was the most complex challenges you faced when you were working as xxx.
Participated in a comprehensive selection process including an online assessment (approx. one hour) followed by three to four rounds of interviews. The first round was a one-hour group interview featuring a business case study directly related to the company’s operations. This stage assessed teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills in a collaborative setting.

it was a quite long recruitment process, with a very tight deadlines. they labeled their company as hardc0re one. so i stopped after few interview step. has high turn over rates

Interview
Did online test but didn't proceed to next round. The overall test are like GMAT GRE. The rejected email took me awhile to receive. Seems like they are preferring those who had the internship experience in Shopee before.
