A long interview. It took almost 5 steps before I got the official offer. Aside from interview, there were also a case study for homework and later on will be presented to the interviewee
It was efficient and productive only lasting 1 week. Interview questions were challenging and interesting. Both hiring manager and Depaertnent being able to test your business accumen with these situational questions is really nice
