The interview process was a bit slow but you might expect different HR to follow up with you at different stages of the interview. I applied for multiple roles and some of them have several mandatory written tests as their prerequisite requirements.

I applied for the role via their career site. Got an email from HR team within 24 hours after submission. Amazing. The HR scheduled an interview for next 2 days and I agreed. The interview was casual, staff basically explaining about the role, team, and general targets. Then we talked about previous experiences. By the end of interview, the staff told me I got a green light from HR side, and that staff will reach out to 3 potentials users for me within 3-5 days. I heardnothing for two weeks. I contacted this staff asking about this application and seemingly this staff turned to a ghost! very disappointing experiences from an irresponsible staff
