HR reaches out for interview schedules and you get around 2-3 interviews. The interviewers are either leads or managers of the teams and they really focus on your understanding of the role. They also ask situational questions for easy scenarios and scenarios where you have to think beyond the box.

I had the general exam first, when you pass the exam, you get to move on to the interview process. I dad three interviews before receiving a job offer, the first one is through HR, the last two were from the department I applied for.

The interview was a three-stage process. These levels test one's personality, which consists of personal and situational questions. The flow would depend on one's interviewer. All the interviewee needs to do is know the position he/she is applying for and be confident in his/her skills and credentials.
