Was contacted for a phone interview and once successful, they assign you a task. If you "did well" on it they would then contact you for an interview. However during the interview my interviewer seemed disinterested in what i was saying and i could see she had kept wanting to use her phone but did not because i guess she knew it was rude. Although, she did use her phone once in awhile. INterview focused mainly about past experience.

HR phone screening > set interview time > call with hiring manager and team manager > HR get back within 1 week for offers ; total process about 1 to 1.5 months till official offer letter signing
