Application, then you are invited to take a behavioral assessment test, then interview with hiring manager.
Spent HOURs practicing STAR questions since thats what they emphasized. Interviewer ended up being more chill and only asked about 2-3 STAR questions.

intimidating and not friendly, they seemed clicky and not interested in bringing in new talent. Ireally love shopbop and was hoping to make this my future and my career path
