Shoe Dept Encore interview questions

Brought into store for in person interview with manager. Discussed goals with company and expectations of job. Team members present were introduced. Transportation, uniform and availability revisited. Job was offered at end of interview.

Interview was very easy and low pressure mainly focused on availability and work ethic. Easiest interview I ever had. The whole environment of the store was laidback,I didn’t feel nervous at all.
