Shippo interview questions

Interview was straightforward and communication was consistent throughout the process. Total process took about 30 days from initial phone screening to accepting offer. First step was a recruiter screening, then hiring manager, then a panel interview with cross functional team members, with the final step being with VP of Revenue. There were no surprises and everyone was transparent throughout the process.

Had a recruiter call with Jasmin Claro followed immediately by a technical interview with a team member. The technical round went well — I felt confident throughout. After that, complete silence. No feedback, no rejection, nothing. Being ghosted after investing time in their process is unprofessional and leaves a poor impression of the company's candidate experience.
