I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Shippabo in May 2021
Interview
I have applied for the job of Logistics Coordinator and after 1 day I received an e-mail from HR to schedule a Zoom interview. The interview was with the HR representative and took around 1 hour, with fairly easy questions about myself and the experience in previous companies.
After 2 days I had another interview with the supervisor. Those were more specific questions about situation in logistics and how I handled those cases.

Question 1
How my day to day being a Logistics Coordinator is?
How the congestion situation is affecting the market and how I am handling it?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Shippabo (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2019
Interview
3 steps interview. The first one was through phone then the second and third were face to face but very unprofessional interview scheduling. First of all, you have to pay for LA Downtown parking structure fee which is between $30-$50. Second of all once I arrive no one let my name to Security so waited at the door for a long time to find the person who will interview. I thought okay to make a scheduling mistake but I have been invited for 3rd time and again waited a long time and nobody new that I am coming :) And after having 3rd interview no one get back to me even I sent 3 times the following emails. So basically you study for their company, you drive to Down Town and you pay a couple of times parking ( $30 each) you wait at the door 30 min each time and you interview 1 hour (2 times) then no one even sends a single "NO" email as an answer. I found it super unprofessional and rude. that's was my unpleasant experience.
