Shinnova Solar interview questions

Extremely disrespectful! Kept me on the hook for weeks stating a written offer was coming and at the last minute decided to go in another direction. They made a verbal offer which we agreed on terms and then continued to interview with other candidates all while promising an offer letter was coming. Horrible experience, horrible people.
