Recruiter reached out -> Intro call -> Director call -> Case study -> Director call about case study -> C-Suite Call 1 -> C-Suite Call 2 -> Meet team/offer
Horrible company. Recruiter reached out because she was interested in me for the role. Ghosted me during our interview, I emailed her and no response. One week later (assuming their hire fell thru/declined), reached out again to start process up. I should've dropped it there but decided to proceed. Call went well, aced call w/ director, aced the case study, long hold because director had PTO (shouldn't constitute lack of communication), director loved my analysis in our next call and we had good convo, C-suite 1 scheduled, cancelled day of because he was unable to make it (again, very unprofessional), rescheduled, had a good convo. Rejected. NO COMMS. I put in 2 months of time into this, blocked out several times for interviews during work hours and was rejected for what is an entry-level role, with a basic automated rejection email. This process showed several red flags in how they work and honestly should have dropped each time for their lack of professionalism and lack of respect for my time and scheduling. Not worth giving your time.
