Standard interview process: Zoom video screening by HR first, then an onsite interview with the hiring manager, then more onsite interviews with senior leadership members. Pretty straightforward process that was stretched out over 3-4 weeks.
The process consisted of a 30 minute recruiter phone screen followed by a 30 minute virtual interview with a senior HR employee. They didn't ask many direct questions, it was very conversational.
