Interview was in person with staff registered nurse and program manager. Questions covered medical care for newborn with jaundice, infant assessment and also service experience. Other questions asked were availability and desire salary. Scenarios were provided for examples such as dealing with people who may experience poverty, bugs in their homes and also safety questions. Three people were in the room and they were every open to questions I had about the role and scheduling. They also discussed drive times and locations you would be sent to.
