Sarah [my recruiter] was fabulous throughout the process. She was exceptionally responsive and made me feel like she truly wanted me to succeed in the hiring process.
Process:
All interviews were virtual.
TA Recruiter scheduled an initial prescreen, in which I was given plenty of time to ask questions to really understand what it would be like to join Shields.
I was then quickly scheduled for a second interview with the hiring manager.
Following that, a final interview was scheduled with the VP of HR and one of my potential peers joined her on the call.
Every person I met throughout the hiring process was knowledgeable about their role and extremely passionate about the company. I was thrilled to receive an offer within 48 hours of my final interview. The process went to well I was suspect if what I experienced and learned was too good to be true. I can whole heartedly say that what I experienced in my first couple of weeks confirmed that Shields truly strived to hire for kindness. Everyone I have encountered has reaffirmed what I observed in the hiring process!
Note: My process went super fast due to pressing internal needs I later found out about. I should note that even if the entire process took twice (or even 3x) as long it would have been considered to be swift/super fast. This was by far the most efficient and fast moving hiring process I have ever experienced!
